Registration and Payment

The conference fee includes admission to all presentations, workshops, event documentation, welcome reception, lunches and non-alcoholic beverages. During registration you will be asked regarding your attendance at the Conference Gala Dinner (space permitting). 


The conference fee does not include accommodation and travel. Please refer to the pages, «Accommodation» and «Visitor information», for further details.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be notified in writing (by e-mail) to the CNHW Office (info@cnhw.ch) according to the following policy:

  • Cancellations received in writing by September 30, 2020 are entitled to 100% refund, less administrative fees
  • Cancellations received in writing between October 1, 2020 and January 31, 2021 are entitled to 50% refund, less administrative fees
  • Cancellations received after January 31, 2021 – no refund shall be due
  • All refunds will be made within three months after the end of the event on the same bank account used for the payment of the services

The above-stated cancellation policies also apply to Social Events Registration (if any). The administrative fee is CHF 50. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the conference.

Force Majeure Clause / COVID-19 Situation

If participants fail to take part in the event for any reason, including causes of Force Majeure, the Bern University of Applied Sciences BFH shall not be liable for any travel and accommodation fees and other consequential costs of any kind and loss of profit. Also, the BFH shall not be liable for any travel and accommodation fees and other consequential costs of any kind and loss of profit if the event is cancelled due to COVID-19, Force Majeure or causes beyond the Institutes reasonable control and occurring without its fault or negligence. In case of a cancellation of the conference through the organizer, 80% of the conference fee will be refunded.
