Dear Members and Supporters,

It is with great pleasure that I extend to you a warm welcome on behalf of the CNHW association. As the general secretary, my role is to facilitate the implementation of the strategic decisions made by the general assembly and the board of directors, to achieve our shared goals of promoting sustainable healthcare workforce in Switzerland, improving working conditions and wellbeing of healthcare professionals, and recognising the importance of informal caregivers.

Our association is dedicated to addressing the most pressing issues facing the healthcare workforce and caregivers in Switzerland, and we are committed to working together to develop strategies that support and empower all those involved in providing care. In particular, we are committed to monitoring the labor market to ensure that healthcare professionals are valued and have access to appropriate working conditions. We also recognise the needs of informal caregivers and are committed to developing support strategies to address their unique challenges.

As part of this commitment, I am particularly passionate about creating an environment in which researchers can flourish and come together to share ideas and work towards common goals. I believe that by working together, we can make a significant difference in the lives of healthcare professionals and informal caregivers across Switzerland.

Furthermore, I would like to emphasise that I am also available as a point of contact for institutions that require support in policy development or education related to the field of competence of our association. We are committed to working with all stakeholders to create a sustainable healthcare workforce in Switzerland.
